Cairo Airport Terminal 1

Cairo Airport Terminal 1 operates will all non-Star Alliance airlines and services.

It has 12 boarding gates. 

Levels

Terminal 1 consists of a couple of levels as follows:

Ground level

The ground level is split into Arrivals and Departures:

The Arrivals area consists of several services such as banks, duty free stores, customs and baggage claim area.

Also the Arrivals Hall 1 is equipped with food and drink concessions, information desks and bank counters. 

The Departures area is home of the check-in counters, the Departures Hall 1 and it is also connected to the Departures Hall 2. 

Second level

This is the Departures Hall. Find in this level check-in counters, immigration and access to the transit area, where boarding gates 1 to 12 are located. 

Hall 4

Terminal 1 has a Hall (Hall 4) dedicated to private and executive jet services.

Even though it is referred as a ’Hall’ under Terminal 1, it is operated independently from the commercial passenger terminal.

Transfer Between Terminals 

An automated people mover transport passengers from Terminal 1 to the other terminals, to the car park and yo the Air Mall.
